We all encounter difficulties in life. I am a strong advocate for the role of fitness in fostering a positive outlook, enabling me to tackle challenges with empathy and sophistication. The feeling of being strong is incredibly satisfying!
A few of the hobbies that have been a part of my life are; climbing, marathon running, obstacle course racing & latin dancing. Each played an important part in my life and my identity.
